Thank you for your interest in private yoga sessions with me.  I am pleased to create well-rounded and bespoke yoga sessions for you to walk away from stress, to recover and restore, improving quality sleep and overall wellbeing.

 

Rocket and Vinyasa are dynamic styles of yoga that build strength, stamina and flexibility.  Here, we will break down core yoga postures and transitions, building confidence as you explore your body's potential and watch your practice grow.  Life can be chaotic, and so on this journey, as you learn to move and breathe well, you will find deep relief when you arrive on the mat, a safe and nourishing place where it feels like returning home.  Should you wish to take time to simply unwind, restorative Yin Yoga settles the nervous system, leading to improved focus and relaxation.  My classes are perfect for busy Londoners who are looking for a more personalised experience with a little extra TLC in developing their yoga practice.

I teach beginners to experienced practitioners and can confirm you are in safe hands. Your personal needs will be met with dedication, providing the motivation and accountability to make real transformational change.

Prior to starting yoga with me, I am happy to welcome you with a free telephone consultation to discuss your needs and ensure we are a good fit.  Following our call we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week and arrange a date to get started.  Sessions are available via Zoom or in-person.

It's difficult to squeeze routine exercise and self care into a busy schedule.  I alleviate this by bringing yoga lessons to you online or in-person in the comfort of your own home with regular appointments at a time that suits.

Private yoga sessions offer a deeper and  more layered experience to yoga practice.  Tailored towards your availability, goals and lifestyle, our sessions ​will transform your practice with a more dynamic and structured approach.  

 

Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Rocket Yoga, Ashtanga, and Dynamic Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty, building strength, mobility and flexibility.)

  • 4Beat (Dynamic Vinyasa, moving in sync to the beat of bespoke pre-mixed playlists.)

  • Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch to work the joints, connective tissues and fascia.)

  • Mindful Meditation (slow down the mind, managing stress and becoming more calm and focussed.)

  • Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system to aid injury recovery and deep rest.)
